(ACES) is a non-profit organization that provides competitive training, education and career services for individuals with disabilities. When it comes to preparing individuals with disabilities for the workforce, we work with our clients to fit their personal lifestyles and needs. ACES Inc. provides services and opportunities to a variety of physical, psychological and behavioral conditions.
Our clients receive comprehensive training throughout their job search process, including Individual Plans for Employment (IPE) and Individual Work Plans (IWP), that promote job autonomy and sustainability. We create working relationships with employers for individuals with disabilities through advocacy, education and training services.
